Every time I order from Taco Bell they seem to always mess my order up. It’s one burrito and they always mess it up. I ordered they bean cheese and rice burrito with fried potatoes and sour cream. Tell me how they always end up making a bean sour cream and meat burrito?? How is that what I ordered? Tired of it won’t be getting my service anymore.!

We stopped in here as well on the way home from with grandkids and our daughter and and ordered our stuff and they couldn’t even get it right. And I stood up at register for about ten minutes to get our stuff. Bc they was just about drive thru. And the staff that worked in there wasn’t friendly at all, so this restaurant is off of our list as well. Hey Taco Bell headquarters yal need to check out your restaurant and see how they are running before yal lose a lot more customers.

Drive thru made a mistake and charged me twice,called and spoke to mgr. Mary and explained everything, not only did she give me my money back she gave me gas money for having to drive back there and 6 coupons for free food. She apologized profusely and then thank me for being so understanding. Mary should be training other mrgs! The food is alright but I go there often. The service was good.
