This place is terrible, we went the other night and they didn’t have chicken or fries available since it was 8pm even though they are open until 9:30. Went back today and the food was cold and dry and my chicken strips were like pieces of whole chicken ripped off, barely any fries in my box workers always rude like they hate being there. Never going back. It’s worth the drive to go to Garth rd location

I have gone to the KFC on HWY 146 twice now first time found out they stop cooking fried chicken at 7 pm or 7:30 pm even though they’re open till 9:30. Which means if you are there at 9:00 if they have it you will get chicken that has been sitting in a warmer for 2 hours, and they will not fry anymore chicken even if you request it. The second and last time I will go to this KFC they where out of pot pie, and I have also heard this from other people and it is not just with the pot pie.

It was very good. The gal at the drive-thru window made my day as she really stood out as someone who loves life and really cared about her customers. She ought to be cloned as she was perfect. Maybe they can move her to corporate so she can fix the whole company by finding many more people just like her. The food was great too. Much like how KFC used to be. This location is night and day better than any other in the greater Houston area.

Literally the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. This is my third time going there because it’s less than a mile from my house, and it gets worse every time. If you own this business and you’re reading this, please sell to someone who actually cares about their product! Oh and this is 3 visits over a 5 year period, move on!

The food is good, but they tend to be out of things, like cole slaw. Lol, deal breaker. They seldom have extra crispy chicken ready and I rarely get the breasts I upgraded for. The employees are usually nice though.

Very rude, poor service. Got order wrong and when I called them on it they gave me another bag with the missing dozen Cinnabon bites BUT it was 3 tacos. I didn’t notice until I got home. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. This happens more often than not. I’m done with this KFC.

Made my last purchase here, chicken dry/hard/ can’t chew, unhappy half the time so I quit, I’ll drive 6 miles more to chicken express. Taco Bell is fair, menu lacking UPDATE 7/22 went for chicken at 6:00 pm, no crispy, 40 min wait so took original and it was soggy and bread hard as a rock, definitely my last KFC
