Absolutely amazing! Best part is that we paid for the meal package at knotts and to get a quarter chicken, ribs and I got the corn on the cob. The fire cooked corn didn’t even need butter it was so good. The meat fell off the bone. The line was long but the wait was worth it.

Our usual go-to spot at Knott’s is the Boardwalk BBQ which has delicious tri-tip and sides, but we decided to change it up a little so we went to Fireman’s Brigade Barbecue. We feel that we get more ‘bang for our buck’ from our meal plan at both places. The rib meal at the Fireman’s Brigade was about $22 which most people might think is a bit spendy, but with the meal plan, it doesn’t seem too bad.

One of my favorite places to eat at Knott’s Berry Farm. I did the All Dining Plan and you can get one entree and one side. I ordered the 1/4 chicken and pork ribs. The chicken was really good and juicy. The pork ribs are good too but a little bit on the dry side. But overall, the food was tasty for theme park food and was one of the better things I ate that day. I suggest going during off meal times because this place gets crowded during peak meal times. The lines can get long.

For as often as I’ve been coming to Knott’s Berry farm, this is my very first time eating at the firemen’s brigade BBQ. The ribs were delicious, the toast was not but it had the marks so I give them partial credit. And my baked potato was not soft that’s the only reason why I’m giving them for stars and not five for the. Definitely check them out, definitely worth the price!

I haven’t eaten here before. It was about 11:15 am, before the lunch rush. There was only a small line and I had the BBQ pork ribs and cole slaw. Personally I prefer cole slaw to have a tad more dressing but it was still very good, and the pork ribs were so meaty and fall-off-the-bone with perfect sauce. I sat at a table closest to the ‘road’ so I got to watch the Calico townsfolk interacting with the guests.

I especially like that they include the meal plan with admission, thier flap steak is delicious, the turkey leg is better than Disney.theres way more to try and like also the band that plays there gives it a familt bbq with entertainment.all the food is good but only the sides are few garlic bread ,corn on the cob ,coleslaw.
