We used the drive-thru and ordered 4 bean burritos, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and 3 cheesy rollups – $17.88. Ouch. The food was not worth that. One of the bean burritos had some stray lettuce in it, and something in one end that tasted like beef. I also think we must have gotten the bottom of the reconstituted dehydrated beans bucket; the beans in our burritos felt dry and gritty. The rollups were so small that I almost felt robbed; they were definitely not as big as pictured on the sign. The person who handed me my bag of food didn’t even look at me, which felt rude, almost like they didn’t even care if they had any customers.

Went through the drive through. Employees kept talking over one another at the drive through speaker and it was very hard to understand them. Received slushies that had a chemical taste (like soap or something plasticky). We have had these slushies at other Taco Bells and never had this issue before. Took the slushies back inside and the employees were dismissive and tried to get out of responsibility for the issue and not fix the problem or offer us another drink instead. Food was also *extremely* greasy, way more than I have ever had at any Taco Bell. It soaked through the wrappers and all down our hands and wrists.

Ordered 2 combos at the drive thru, got to the window & got my order pretty quickly. Didn’t think to check what I was given till I got home, so I guess that’s on me. Half my order missing and what I did get was sloppily made and just thrown in the bag. I’ve stopped going in the dining room as the staff just ignores people coming in and expects them to order on their kiosk vs taking their order at the counter and most every table is dirty. I understand being short staffed, but I see the same thing with 3 or 4 people standing around behind the counter like they have nothing to do. Tonight was the last trip I make to this store.
