I don’t think we’ll continue providing business to this location. The people behind the counter should really educate themselves again to understand they are paid to make these specific burritos for PAYING CUSTOMERS!. Also, understand people have businesses that include ordering food time to time for THEIR employees! These ladies really need some help with professionalism because this business isn’t healthy. Acting out childish behaviors as they’re being paid by the hour to MAKE THESE BURRITOS!. I felt sorry for Samuel, to work in such toxic environment. Just remember every burrito we order for our satisfaction, is a dollar to your paycheck to provide for yourself and family. Be professional and courteous. Or a place in this business isn’t for you. Normally a 4- 5 star. But have you ever watched food being made and say… Man I feel sorry for whose food that is.. well today that was my food. My fault for ordering online and “skipping the line” but I had to wait and during that wait I got to see the guy make my burrito. Guy was taking his time and walking to the food warmer (I presume) comes back with more hash browns (my food bacon and hash browns were just chilling on the tortilla) (chilling because food was cold) and not changing his gloves but still wanted to get knuckles deep into my food, then is placing other items on top of it like bags and other wrappers to make other sandwiches but my burrito just sat there and then a guy who ordered 3 sandwiches as I was waiting had his order ready before my cold burrito was made. He grabbed the bag and in my head “please don’t say my name please don’t say my name” …. Yup I’m up.. and open up the burrito and it’s just a mess on the wrapper. Maybe just don’t watch your food be made but if it was made on time I wouldn’t have to watch this 3rd world food building lol. Next time I’m just going to it drive thru places. Oh and not other online.

Roxy and Diana are terrible managers for how I saw them treating their associates when they came in. If anything these mangers don’t even offer proper refunds anymore on their businesses when they screwed up. Definitely from seeing it first hand I will not return to this location and maybe not to Blake’s lotaburger in general because of how they treat employees in front of customers. There should be a lawsuit against them.

More like Blake’s Lotamustard. Had the New Mexico style and it was drenched in mustard. Not sure what they are going for. Went here to tell my friends I went to Blake’s and now I have. Probably won’t go back. Pepsi products only.

First time ever going. Food was good. Service sucked. Cashier was in a bad mood. They screwed up my order then took forever to fix my order. All they did was gave my fries instead of onion rings they took my whole order back from me. And be Warned the green chili is freaking spicy af . tasted amazing though

Sadly while my staff loves Blakes (20th street preferably due to service) they failed to provide our Red, Green or Red/Green Chilli for our breakfast burritos. WIth the huge price inrease this is unacceptable. We do not have time to run back and forth and while evryone should check their order how can you forget with an order almost totalling $50? I presonally will no longer order from Blakes Lotaburger anymore.

I ordered a batch of burritos from store #50 E. 20th in Farmington, NM. Once I got home and distributed them. Not only one burrito but three burritos had a long white hair in them. I’ve been on hold for almost a hour and a half the store isn’t answering my calls. I contacted corporate but nothing there. I JUST WANT MY REFUND and for your female cooks to wear hairnets!!

Wow…this does not even look appetizing. Blake’s use to be the best and lately they’ve shown me it’s time to start ordering from another place of business. Customer service and the food has definitely gone down the drain. Blake’s on 20th needs major improvement.
