Had a little mix up with my order came in the next day showed the manager who was Joseph my receipt he took care of it immediately and apologized without hesitation. I’ve eaten near a ton and it’s always a good experience Joseph really did a great job with a minor little issue that I had with an order mix up definitely recommend coming here great location! After standing in line for 20 minutes I told the young lady that I had 5 orders for 5 people and didn’t want to forget their vinaigrette sauce. After ringing me out she says that she could only give out one per person. I said she should’ve told me that when I asked for those before even placing my order. I asked to buy 4. She no, so I asked to see the manager, which was 3 feet away. Manager says,: “No, I’m busy”, as she’s eating and making orders with no gloves on.

First they gave me the wrong food in the drive through. Then I had to wait 5 more minutes after honking to have them come back over to the drive though and hand me the right food. No apology, only attitude even though it was their mistake and my name is not even close to the name on the bag they gave me. Food was stale, gross and missing my side of chips.

Ordered a DoorDash order, and they forgot to add the corn salsa in my burrito bowl I ordered. I decided to give a 2nd chance. Tried calling twice to make sure they don’t forget a 2nd time and no one picked up the phone either time. It just went to the voicemail code option.

I advise you to stay away from this Chipotle. Go to the other Chipotle in Buford. We ordered 5 bowls for pick up from this place, and only got 2 bowls. My mom even asked the employees if there was only 1 bag and they assured us it was everything.

Unbelievable. I sit in line for 15 mins to find out they dont have cheese today. Now it’s 9pm and everything is closed. Hire a manager with common sense to put up a sign or tell people not make them wait to find that out. I swear Covid must have ate peoples brains.

Rice and beans were not cooked and crunchy. Trash was overflowing at the trash cans. They told me they didn’t have regular drinks only large so instead of giving me the cup at the regular size they basically make you pay for a large because they don’t have the supply. I won’t come back to this Chipotle again. I needed up throwing out almost the whole bowl.
