Food was great as usual. Waitress did good until another table was seated, then, we rarely saw her. I had to go to counter to get to-go boxes & my bill. All chairs are badly stained & small dining room looked worn.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried roccos that they’ve failed completely. It’s 2 blocks away. I want to like it and the first couple times I did. Then i got sick after eating a calzone. I passed it off as a one time thing. However this is the second time I’ve asked for thick crust and not received it and this time the pizza is undercooked. I don’t bother calling because the customer service is non-existent and the employees don’t care at all. I experienced that the first 2 times I’ve called to let them know something had gone amiss with my order.

This place is really stinking good. I love the six dollar meal combo, and I like the garlic knots as well. Additional toppings are $.50 apiece extra, which is really reasonable. There is not a ton of seating in this location, so make sure you get here early enough to find a seat, or get it to go.

Tai was an absolute joy to be around. She is extremely good at her job and was on the ball with drinks napkins and anything else that was needed. Tai is why I keep coming back. Give her potty mouth a raise.
