There was a bit of a wait as it seems like the manager/front counter was struggling with getting the back to put the right stuff through the oven (not a huge deal). Whoever the longer haired employee was that came in between 4-430pm on 4/22/2023 needs help. His underwear was way higher than his pants, he was on his phone texting while making food, without washing his hands after handling his phone. Our order was through the oven otherwise I would’ve asked for money back and went elsewhere. Hope they can get a solid crew lined up

This place (Dowagiac) never has anything hot and ready. I placed an online order at 325 for pickup at 415-420. I arrived at 425 to be told that it had to be made. The guy was rude saying that he was the only one here. Then he proceeded to go to the back and start complaining to other coworkers about me asking why my order was not made. If I had just walked in and not placed an order I would have kindly waited and understood. However an hour notice for 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks should have been enough time.
