It was a great atmosphere, and the property was well manicured. I came over from the meat packing place since my load wasn’t ready. Now I hadn’t eaten since morning and I was starving. It was greatly excited because I love the new shredded beef tacos. When I got there the lobby was closed and they wouldn’t even serve me through the drive-through. So hungry. She pointed out that there’s McDonald’s and so okay bye.

This place has no diaper changing station but an open sharps container?! You can see the heroin needles easily sitting in there. Homeless people sleeping on their curb. People working there were nice but not a family friendly scary neighborhood..

Don’t like only having to order by kiosk. We are senior citizens and have never used a kiosk before. Lucky we weren’t there during lunch rush because it took me a while to place my order with a nice customers help. Won’t be going to Taco Bell for a long time. We used to go to Taco bell a lot and were used to senior drinks and or discount . We like the old way a lot better and it was faster than new ones

20 minutes wait for an inside order without even getting a cup or being acknowledged about our order. To only be met with the ever so popular “we are understaffed”. After about 25 minutes ,I finally get our order – short my burrito supreme. Absolutely no managerial intervention or any thing for the inconvenience.

If a manager is reading this then you need to change your policies or fire your night staff! I am a UberEATS/DoorDash driver. I was just forced to go through the drive thru twice to pick up a double order. This is absurd! I get paid by the delivery, not the hour, this is a massive waste of my time! I have had this happen when placing personal orders at night also. If I have a friend in the car and they want to order we have to go through the line twice. I’m glad your employees have nothing better to do than waste people’s time!

I went here last night to grab lunch and first thing out the ladies mouth that’s working the drive thru is don’t order allot there are only 2 of us here. I worked at taco bell in high school most of the time there where only 2 of us there .but this lady was mean and just didn’t want to work which I understand but u have to find something to enjoy at work or it’s terrible . I’ll avoid this taco bell now so she doesn’t have to serve me any more and I promise allot of customers fell the same
