First time going as I’ve just moved here but the service was awful. The lady behind the register threw my pizza on the counter and said “here you go” I have never once been treated so rudely before at any papa johns. As a former employee of papa John’s It’s upsetting how terrible the customer service was. It wasn’t busy or anything either but I can see why with service like that from employees.

We usually have a good experience at this Papa John’s……today we ordered our regular pizza and when we selected the regular amount of jalapeno as a topping we didn’t expect for (Whoever made the pizza) to be mad at us for adding jalapeno and then adding a quarter of the jar (also the jalapenos weren’t even cooked ….they were just thrown on there cold after the pizza was done)!!! I love spicy food as much as the next person but and sorry (I took the pic after I scraped half of them off)come on……when we opened the box you couldn’t even see cheese, it was all jalapenos!!???!! Sorry if the person who made the pizza was in a bad mood but no need to take it out on my pizza and waste so many jalapenos and ruin a good pizza!!!!!

The quality of the food seems to be as good as any other Papa John’s which is nice so there was not surprises. My only complaint would be that I’m not sure they gave me Canadian bacon as I had ordered. If they did, it’s all cut up instead of slices. The employees were very nice & the place appeared to be kept clean as well.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had, old lady at the front counter was so rude and angry with me because she couldn’t understand what I was ordering, went through like three employees including some other not as old lady, and some skinny kid, then eventually got the store manager, Chris, who was just about as professional as the rest, refused my service without even talking to me at all, then proceeded to tell me that I’ve caused enough of a scene when all I wanted was to clearly make my order, and asked me to leave the store. From now on I’m going to Domino’s or pizza hut, Papa John’s has lost my business completely as long as that long bearded diet duck dynasty runs that store into the ground.

I stopped in with out making an order and was greeted with kindness and helpfulness. I have worked in customer service for about 15 years. Elena was helpful with mutliple orders and even tried to bring it out to me as I waited in my car. She has fantastic customer service and deserves 5 stars PLUS the pizza was terrific! I’m being very generous with 2 stars. I was using my app to place my order and I hit the button too soon without making payment. I called the store to make a payment over the phone and the woman seemed Irritated and angry and just could not be bothered to take the time to help me without being snide, so instead of paying for my order I ended up canceling it. No one should be spoken to like they don’t matter. It’s your job. If you don’t like it or can’t be bothered to be considerate and kind……quit!!!

The papa John’s in Willis Texas close to I 45 is the best !! Every time that I have visited this location I have never had a problem. My pizza is always on time, fresh and appealing and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. That is why I keep going back. If you are traveling and coming through Willis Texas and get hungry for pizza you have to check them out. You will not be disappointed.
