I’ve been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking my order, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn’t finished ordering and she finished my order but when I got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the little bag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate that she took it out on me without reason. Regardless I’ll still go to this location and hope she has a better day. I don’t know who but through DoorDash somebody a Jack-in-the-Box a man went above and beyond for me for some reason my DoorDash app occasionally is missing items on the menu this time it was the chicken tater melt munchy meal they had the sandwich but not the meal and the only meals they did have it forced me to order a small so I gave the door dasher instructions and asked if he could change the order when he gets there I guess they had already made the order by the time we got there but he explained the situation of the guy and the guy made me an extra burger (my chicken tater melt)threw away the small drink and gave me a large drink for freeThen proceeded to tell the door dasher to tell me that I owe him one who ever he is he is a gentleman and a scholar and I’m gunna find out who and buy him a beer or something
