I gave this dunkin 1 star for management, the coffee was great service was ok but the management was terrible. As I was receiving my coffee the female manager didn’t quite get her name was rude and disrespectful to an employee working close by, I thought this was very unprofessional especially in front of customers!! I just felt awful for that employee and I hope she gets a different job!

I love Dunkin and loved that they were in Greenwood Lake 10 minute walk. But I’ve noticed in the past year that they have the worst Donuts. But i’ve noticed that trend with all the dunkin’ donuts. But today, I stopped by for extra large coffee. The cup was half full cold and 90% milk. And it’s not the first time. I don’t blame the staff. Management is to blame. Proper training and quality control are needed there. I love the convenience of the drive-through, but I’m done with them.

So , where do I start? Generally I support local businesses, but how can I when almost everytime I visit, they don’t have one of the main products that they promote? Yep u guessed it , donuts! There have been 3 different occasions where I tried to buy a dozen of donuts. One time mid morning, their response, ” sorry we are all out” another time 130pm during the weekend, their response, ” sorry we are all out for “today”. I replied , are you serious? It’s only 130pm. They said , yeah well someone bought all the ones we had earlier, sorry.” The other time they were all out of the boston creams and they only had 5 plain ones left.my thing is , why have a DD in town if it never has donuts. Are we just making the quota for the day to make payroll and anything after that, oh well? If so , just open up a Krispy Kreme inside cumberland. Hope this helps, stay safe everyone.

Breezy
Parking lot and drive-thru are a mess. Rude service at the window – the girl told us to pull up and wait for our order – and then told us she never said that. She then told us to come inside and when we did – she pretended she didn’t see us and made her co-worker help us instead. The co-worker was super nice though.
