Pizza Huts Ozark location is a very good Pizza Hut.This location is well kept, the service fast and friendly. I ordered a beef, bacon and black olive pizza, I also asked for it well done, the pizza cooked perfectly and delicious.This Hut checked all the boxes & definitely earns the stars.

Placed an order. They didn’t send the full order called back said they would send it waited over an hour had to call back again. Said he was leaving with it now. Still haven’t received it. The price of items is too high to receive poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the absolute best Pizza Hut I’ve ever frequented! I moved (basically) across the street from this store a little over a year ago & I was really glad I was so close because Pizza Hut has the best pizza, hands down! But, the Pizza Hut that was near my old place wasn’t exactly the best, sometimes the order would be wrong or the people weren’t always the nicest but still pretty good overall. THIS store, however, is THE BEST! The people are always super nice & make me feel like they actually appreciate me, the food is always ready fast and always right! The one time there was a mistake with one of my pizzas, they jumped straight on it and fixed it really fast and were super apologetic about it. They are most definitely the best Pizza Hut store around Gaston County & I hope Pizza Hut HQ sees this review & gives them all a pat on the back!

Placed an order online for delivery, was quoted 30-40 minute delivery time. We called after about a 50 minute wait & was told they had no delivery drivers & was waiting on a door dash delivery person. There should be no way of asking for delivery online if there isn’t any delivery drivers to bring the food. Will not order from here again. Wound up going to pick up ourselves.
