While I was in the store last night I saw the kitchen worker struggling and angry crying. On my way out I causally told the manager who was on her cell phone “You might want to help her. She looks like she needs it.” Today I learned I’m no longer allowed in the store for ‘snapping’ at said manager.

I also went in there a week ago and the person working the counter was having a nervous breakdown because of staffing issues. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! NEVER ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING AND THE PLACE IS A MESS! I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL KWIK TRIP COMES TO TOWN. THESE PLACES ARE DUMPS!

Really need to work on the food services… The counter staff is always kind and welcoming. The food area however not so much and food is never ready when they say it will be. Was told 40 minutes from when we ordered and at 45 minutes they had not even started. They use the same cutting utensils for Gluten free pizzas as regular which will make people sick. Maybe you should have more than 2 people working on a Friday night as this location high traffic and should be treated as so. I am very disappointed especially paying $30 for 2 small Gluten free, cross contaminated pizzas that took an hour to get.

This place is amazing I currently work their. The manager that took over this year by what I’ve been told. He is amazing and I’ve noticed he has done a lot for this store. I’m a proud employee of Casey’s! And look forward to my future. I’ve even met his boss a couple times she does an outstanding job as a boss. I would do anything for those two. Most of all I love our daily customers that come in. They are so understanding I appreciate all guest and coworkers. Thanks for a happy bright future for Casey’s!

They use to have a lot of good breakfast in morning, but now never anything to pick from. Saw couple people standing doing nothing, and nothing for breakfast. Used to make frequent stops, but to many times nothing now. Originally went 1 star, but raised to 3 star with Casey’s responding to check into it.

I go to this store all the time because it’s close to where I live. Lately I have been noticing a decline in service,hot food, and even the grocery items but today was the last time this Casey’s will get my business until there is better management. Today I purchased The Pin Wheel Wraps In the cooler and I usually enjoy these if they’re made fresh. I start to eat my wraps and notice they’re very slimy and soggy this time around. Usually I look to see when they were made before I buy but I was in a hurry. After I eat a couple I’m just totally grossed out by the texture so just out of curiosity I look at the bottom of the container they came in and noticed the pin wheels expired 11/11 yesterday!!!!! Honestly by the way they tasted I figured they were old but not EXPIRED!! I’m usually not one to complain but the fact that the pin wheels had ranch or mayonnaise inside with veggies that can spoil and management had a whole day to pull them Is disappointing. mind you I bought them at 2pm. So they also had all morning to get expired items out of that cooler.It makes me wonder what else is expired at that store.On top of my experience today, almost every time I call the store in the evening to order pizza there is some sort of excuse as to why they can not make a pizza. Ive heard just about everything from- “Our kitchen is closed” “we are out of dough”. Not sure how Casey’s runs out of pizza dough? I also noticed the decline in service after there became a different group of staff members on the night shift. There is never an onsite manager at night. I’ve been having bad service at this store but the pin wheels just did it for me. Won’t be back for awhile.

Ordered 2 1-topping pizzas for delivery at 4:35 pm and on the confirmation email it said estimated time of arrival was 5:15. When 5:50 rolled around & pizza hadn’t arrived, I called the store not upset…just wondering if something was wrong. The person who answered said the order just left the store (5 minutes away from our house). The driver arrived with our food about 20 minutes later. Both pizzas were ice cold and the cheese pizza for my son was over cooked…the cheese was scarce and burned. It was like cardboard & was inedible. I understand it may have been a busy delivery night, but I feel like this was unacceptable. I would not recommend it and I won’t be ordering again.

I frequent this store often and hope it will get better! Really unfortunate management has let this location slip, restrooms not clean, merchandising unorganized, rarely fresh pizza slices and have purchased expired snacks several times. Ownership/management needs to focus on this location to at least get it to minimum standards.
