It’s not the best fast food but also not the worst. They could do a better job cleaning the floors was slick and needed moping and the bathroom could use some attention. Chicken was good and fresh and the biscuit was good.

I agree with some of the other reviewers, the Fyffe Jack’s use to be fantastic but lately it seems to have gone down hill. The last few times that I’ve ordered fried chicken there it seems really over cooked or something. Every piece is really dry and just doesn’t taste good. I guess we’ll try using the fort payne store next time.

Stopped to get 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and 2 sausage biscuits. I get home 20 minutes later to Fort Payne and the 2 bacon egg and cheese only had Bacon. I call to speak with manager, I inform her I’m not driving 20 minutes back but maybe she should do a lot more training or have her employees pay attention better than what they do and this unprofessional, rude, unethical woman laughs cause apparently it’s funny so in turn I’m guessing she’s just a kid really. I used to drive to the fyffe jacks because they USED to be the best one around BUT I will not spen6sno6 red cent there. Don’t waste your time unless your good with a rude and immature atmosphere

FYFFE LOCATION. I was at the drive thru around 9p.m tonight. The kiddos swam until late and I wasn’t about to cook so we chose here. I did have a pretty big order but nothing difficult or picky. I noticed when I was half way home that I was missing 4 cheeseburgers. (That was for the kids)

Well i ordered 2 steak biscuits and its a good thing i pay attention to my food b4 i start eating. One side of the steak was not cooked because they cooked it with paper on it. I use to be a manager at jacks absolutely the poorest jack around…ofcourse you tell them what they done and thier answer is to offer u a free one on another day seriously do you think i want anything else from there after getting this cooked and served in my biscuit ..NO THANK YOU

Ordered the featured item Alabama White Sauce Bacon Cheddar Melt and a Bigger Jack with no lettuce. First…the Bigger Jack had lettuce on it. Second…the Bacon Cheddar Melt had no bacon on it. It was also made with two end pieces of the Texas Toast. You can see in the pictures what I ordered compared to what I received. Very disappointed! Our last several drive-thru orders have been incorrect and poor quality. The last time we dined in we said we would not eat inside again because of the mess. I think we will mark this location off our list!
