Staff is incredibly rude!!! Watched as Kristi talked down to every person in line. I made the mistake of asking a question about my order and was told “I know what I’m doing” with an eye roll and a sigh. Then told her I needed to order a drink and was told “I know that but what do you want in it?” With her hand on her hip. I definitely did not need the attitude, and there are plenty of other places to choose to eat in the mall. Not even the quality of the food will ever make me return. Please send Kristi in for some customer service training because I fear you will continue to lose customers when you treat them like they are below you.

This is a great little restaurant. They have a staff always friendly and great with kids. The food is hot sometimes very hot lol. Servings are big so you won’t leave hungry. Keep up the great job. We will be back.

The food wasn’t good. The noodles were waaaay over cooked. They were mushy. We couldn’t tell the difference between any of the food that we got. It had lots of sauce which is good. But the chicken itself was extremely dry. This was at the beginning of lunch rush. Highly disappointed.

Im not normally the review person, especially bad reviews.. but I found black mold on my white rice and a hair on my chicken.. in the same day. I told the worker and she continued serving. Didn’t change out the rice.

Best orange chicken in town. A manager of higher ups waited on me. He was excellent. So friendly I was very impressed with this man. Dont know his name but he was very good!! He had to be like a regional manager and very nice looking.

Service was good. I tried their beef and broccoli, grilled chicken, and Mongolian chicken. The food was served hot. I found the Mongolian chicken extremely sweet as if I’m eating pure honey. Additionally, the Mongolian chicken was put on top of the noodles which made the whole meal extremely sweet and tasts like Mongolian chicken. Thank you!

Usually always a great choice for dining, fast, free samples to try b4 you buy, great flavor on almost everything, and appropriate sized portions for the price paid for each different plate combo choice offered.
