I was absolutely blown away by this place. The Husker burger that I ordered was beyond delicious—OMG! It’s safe to say that this spot is a hidden gem in Nebraska. I highly recommend dropping by; it’s definitely worth it!

This was my first time at Husker Bar II and it didn’t disappoint. The fish fry was great with a choice of Cod, Carp or Walleye. My choice was the Walleye and it was moist, flavorful and definitely worth the extra few bucks. I’m not sure what the secret ingredient in the macaroni salad is but it was delicious. The other members of the family had the Carp and were very happy with the portion size and flavor.

We came in with a fairly large group of bicyclists. We knew we would be a bit overwhelming to the two staff working. Great beef burger, awesome staff smiles and a fun collection of beer mirrors.

Was going to Husker Bar II since high school and a few times before that. Have never been disappointed in food or service for either lunch or dinner hour. Lately their prime rib has beat out a lot of steakhouses in the area for both price and quality. It’s nice to have a small town place sticking to their roots! The bar experience is also great but have only tried that a few times. If you’re in the area and need food check this place out!

An unfortunately poor experience. Took just under two hours to get our food out and it was not worth the wait. The fried items tasted as if the oil was burnt, the items were very cheap and some appetizers were cold. Stick to the drinks if you are stopping by here.

After six miles of a pleasant hike on the Oak Creek trail, we were pleased to find this very pleasant restaurant and bar open for lunch. Fantastic prime rib sandwich for a very reasonable price (and great service, too).
