If I could give less than a star I would customer service is absolutely horrible. I had a girl tell me she was the manager but ended up saying that she talked to the manager so I’m kind of confused, she was trying to tell me I called her twice when I only called her once and she told me she took my initial order when she did not tell me I was ordering things I didn’t and they told me everything is recorded so I said OK fine let me hear my recording she was oh I don’t have access to that and then said give me your credit card and I’ll send over the sauce. I will never use them again nor will I ever give them my credit card. I’m going to keep checking my bank because I don’t trust them. Absolutely rude she was telling me I’m talking so let me talk

When I walked in I waited behind 3 people then when it was my turn someone walked in behind me and they asked the name for a pickup. I also had a pickup so don’t know why they’d skip me, I step up next and the girl at the register walked away and no one came back. I waited 10 minutes before I was even asked if I had a pickup or order. They have me pay and walk away for several minutes when I wait for my receipt. They come back and told me my order had to be redone and it’s another 10 minute wait. I finally get my pizzas waiting 20 minutes when I got there when they should’ve been ready since they were ordered online 20 minutes prior. I get home to find massive bubbles the size of some the entire slices with no cheese, sauce or toppings it was pretty much a cracker. Ridiculous to wait that long and they said it was redone but one was still horrible quality.

Amazing pizza quick service. Would have been 5 star but 1 out of 4 pizza was supposed to be bacon half mushroom. Arrived a Bacon half onion! We love onions too so no worries. Topping quantity and distribution was flawless. As well as cooked to perfection!!! Great job tonight crew!!!!

I am beyond upset with dominos and their drivers, my boyfriend and I were behind one and he was going under the speed limit by about 10 mph and he continued to try to break check us and the last time he tried to he had almost got us in an accident meanwhile I am 20 weeks pregnant and if i got in an accident because of an irresponsible driver and me and my boyfriend got hurt and I lost my unborn child I will be unbelievable and dominos will have be taken to court for it. When we went in there to make a complaint they continued to yell at us and laugh at the fact I was pregnant. I had to step outside. Double check your drivers and your employees.

This place can never get it right. But i think today did it not only did we get olives on our cheese burger pizza we recieved fresh baked hair! Yum! the only correct or not ruined was the cinnamon twist which at this point wouldn’t be surprised if it had been on the floor at one point. Wow! This time really did not only were they not allowed to refund me, even though I paid cash! They offered a credit instead !

Today I ordered the pasta primavera and the Parmesan garlic wings. There was barely any pasta in the order and I asked 3 TIMES for them to make the wings extra crispy. The woman at the counter repeated it so I know it wasn’t her fault. When I received the wings they were only put through once and drizzled with ranch. Not even the correct wings let alone not being extra crispy. They were also cursing loudly and the manager was laughing while an employee was throwing pans in the air with the pizza peel (shovel) while we were in the store.

Ordered two meduim pizzas and Cinnamon knots. One pizza was fine, the other was supposed to be half sausage and onion and half ground beef and onion. Came as half bacon and onion rather than ground beef.
