The culinary experience and hospitality at this establishment are truly exceptional. During my stay at La Mer, the Pier House provided my family with outstanding meals throughout our entire visit. Having frequented Cape May for over a decade and having dined at numerous restaurants, I can confidently assert that the Pier House is the town’s most treasured hidden gem. Nothing but great things to say about my experience at The Pier House. Sara was one of the most pleasant servers I’ve ever encountered. I appreciated her knowledge about the menu, hospitality, and kindness. Food was top notch- the crab tower app and fresh catch of the day were absolutely delicious. Establishment was very clean and you couldn’t ask for a better location. 10/10 and will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely delicious! Amazing experience. Flavorful fresh food with a wonderful presentation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The live music outside made it relaxing and extra special. The chocolate gelato had to be the best I’ve ever had! We will be back.

I was on vacation July 28,29 2023 of July In cape may I decide to stop in and have a drink , then decide to order an app well I gotta say it was amazing the food was amazing and delicious. The service was impeccable. Could not have asked for a nicer place to relax and enjoy the music and atmosphere was very calming and I enjoyed it immensely . kudos to the chief and I was so impressed that I went back the following evening and had an amazing dinner of filet mignon with asparagus, mashed potatoes, carrots I mean the whole dinner, the gravy it was just absolutely delicious . perfect like I will be back next year to visit your restaurant. You have an amazing chef there who did a wonderful job. The food was absolutely to die for thank you pier . And must say Sarah was an exceptional server, who went out of her way to make my night even more special with her kindness and her professionalism. Thank you..

Excellent breakfast choice in cape May! Not a long wait like most other restaurants. We had waitress Maja who was SO friendly and pleasant making our breakfast, so enjoyable. The space was very open and spread out making a great atmosphere.! we will definitely be going back!!

Joelle the bartender is one of the best bartenders I have ever had. Me and a buddy were outside and her hospitality was out of this world. Every bar should look for a Joelle one of the most unique, educated, and warm people I have ever met. Traveling to every shore on the East Coast she will be the reason this place is an amazing place to visit for vacation!

The food was very good and with good variety. BYOB with $35 corkage which makes it easy to drink your own. The wine list is a little light on selections but adequate. The ambience was good with some live music to regale diners. Service was excellent.
