I had a bad experience at another Arby’s and they were gracious enough to send a coupon for a free meal. I chose this location because it had the highest rating in our area and now I know why! Everything was excellent. The staff and service was great and the food was perfect. I had the sweet heat chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot and tender and the Hawaiian bread was soft and delicious. Thanks, Arby’s!!

I ordered 3 french dips and was told they only had enough auju for one.. asked how long it takes to make the ainu’s and it was 30 min it was 9 they close at 10. I said just give me what you have. when I got home it was brown water.. asked if i got a discount for ordering a french dip with no sauce .. a big NO .so I asked for arbys sauce .. got home there was none. . person at window was rude. very sad

Spendy. But worth it. Their food is good and full of flavor. I rarely eat fast food but when I do, Arby’s is usually my go to. The service could use managing, the guy taking my order was incredibly rude and treated me like I was stupid. I didn’t care for that. But everything else was on point.

I typically enjoy Arby’s, and this one was no exception. The food was as expected, which is a good thing. I went through the drive thru. One negative was they didn’t give me napkins or ask if I wanted any, so I had to park and walk inside to get some. Would go again.

We really liked their fish sandwiches, when they have them. But can’t complain about any of their other sandwiches, at least they’re taking their time to make them. The amounts of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce are appropriate, and we really liked the seasoned fries. The customer service was also above par, they were nice and professional, and when we asked for extra ketchup, they actually gave us extra ketchup, it’s a miracle!
