FANTASTIC experience here. Hidden in the Waikiki food hall up on the third floor. Food here was excellent taste and true to Italian flavors- their cheeses are imported and their seasoning isn’t overpowering. Pizza was tomato sauce with light cheese and arugula/spinach. I thought it was a refreshing addition to Waikiki’s food scene and hope it does well! Service was great too, with the waiter coming by a few times to make sure we had all we needed. Really thoughtful for the “food court” style ambiance.

A hidden gem located in Waikiki food hall. Everything was wonderful from the food to the service. Gorgonzola gnocchi was the best gnocchi I’ve ever had, pizza was delicious, and the charcuterie board had top notch quality meats and was well worth the price. You can tell they use fresh and authentic ingredients. Best Italian food I’ve had on the island!

One of my favorite places in Waikiki and the perfect place to indulge in some Italian comfort food. The charcuterie and burrata pizzas are musts, but I still dream about the gnocchi! It’s a definite stop on your trip to Waikiki.

We went for the $10 all you can eat charcuterie event. So much fun, and pretty good quality for $10 per person. I personally love Italian food and cheese is my favorite food, so I was in my element. The staff were very nice, despite what I suspect is incredibly hectic for them given the sheer volume of people they’re serving. I would advise arriving well before the doors open for the all you can events, because the line gets super long. On that note, this particular event is not recommended for people who don’t have the patience or physical ability to wait in long lines, as well as for those of you who like to arrive early only to let your large group of friends cut in line because you lack any consideration for other people–you know who you are. Yes this happened to me and my friend at the most recent event we attended. A couple in front of us was in line, and then 1 of their friends arrived. Yeah sure, fine, 1 person is not a big deal. However over the course of an hour that 1 person multiplied into 7 extra people with 1 of them arriving right before it was their turn to be let into the dining space, which ultimately ended up holding up things by an extra 15 minutes, since they were a rather large group to accommodate. Suffice it to say, please don’t be that person, it’s just not cool.

We have gone 2x in the last 2 weeks and were impressed both times at this little corner portal to Italia in the heart of Waikiki. The food was fresh and decadent yet with simple, clean flavor profiles. Although not quite authentic, the pasta was definitely a heartfelt homage. It provided a satisfying taste of Italian cuisine’s incredibly high standards. Which is amazing from a tiny lunch counter in a spunky food hall concept, when most Italian-themed restaurants on O’ahu struggle with the basics. The only thing missing was a slice of bread to mop up the delicious sauces. The welcoming duo that staff the counter and simultaneously hosted/served/cashiered/bartended/cooked. They still managed to make us feel like we’d been invited to sit at their home kitchen table in the midst of the bustling scene. They knew the menu perfectly and graciously explained and offered suggestions. They even provided simple table service when there wasn’t a line waiting to order. Overall, a great night out and excellent casual hangout. We will be going back. Grazie y grácias , Paula!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They charge $17.00 for a “pizza” which is nothing more than a pita with a thin layer of smashed tomatoes, a little cheese, a few slices olives and 3 of the tiniest pieces of artichoke I have ever seen.
