This was my worst Taco Bell experience in years. Ordered mom’s nacho bell grande with no beans and sour cream on the side. When we got our order sour cream was on her entree. The chips in her plate also tasted greasy and old.

As a frequent visitor to Taco Bell I made some observations during my visit to this location at 6pm on a Tuesday. First, I pondered when they last swept the floors? It looked like they hadn’t since opening. A sign in the restrooms said “We check these restrooms every 30 Minutes ” of course it looked like they cleaned them every 30 days. Of course the staff was busy on their phones and couldn’t be bothered with work. They managed to haphazardly throw together a few tacos and drop them in a bag which they promptly slung on the counter for me. I should also mention the tables, those were full of food, trash and just generally nasty. I’m sure corporate will enjoy the many photos I will share with them.

Order was incorrect, oil used to cook pizza tortillas was old, trust me, you can taste the old oil. Wrong drink, no sauce, no straw. Slim ingredients, zero acknowledgement from the dive thru worker… maybe a grunt sound. Probably never going back to this location. I’ll drive to Madison.

Just curious if y’all are going to give the food that was paid for cause this is a joke. Spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru *was the only car* waiting for 3 bean and cheese burritos that had ONE SPOONFUL of ingredients. DO BETTER! Guess they didn’t have any time in the 15 minutes we were waiting, to cut the quesadilla.

I’ve made a review before about this place, but this is getting ridiculous.. Some of these people who close seriously need to be fired for not knowing how to make a simple damn taco. Yes, I am a regular customer, and yes, I would like my food made to a standard of what you would eat yourself.. but no, this food they give me is just garbage.

Thanks Taco Bell for the crushed/broken tacos I got today!! I love eating tacos with a fork, NOT. They were found on the bottom of the bag with two burrito supremes and two bean burritos on top of them! Oh and the best part was I paid for two, got two crushed shells, but the filling wasn’t even enough to fill one taco. Lettuce is cheap so fill it up. The cheese was VERY SCANT. I’m not sure who is the manager of this place but it’s obvious more training needs to take place. I gave you one star only because I had to, you don’t even deserve one star.
