Not so good. Shrimp fried rice had barely any shrimp. Egg rolls yucky. Got sick from the food. They did change hands. Too bad. We used to love their food. I think it was old food too. Won’t be going back.

Is it me or didn’t the Chicken Sub Gum used to come in a creamy sauce and now it’s like water?!

Service inside was fast as there more people in the drive thru line than there were inside. I hadn’t been there for a long time, but I had a coupon, so I thought I’d Re-try it out. Upon first glance, I almost walked out. The food service area looked horrible! No one had bothered to wipe any spills or rice or slop off the heat tables for what appeared to be the entire day. I eyeballed what I could see of the “behind the scenes” area and it didn’t look much better. Under what may have been the fryer, there were pieces of dirty plumbing pipes and a scrub brush. Yet one by one, slowly people kept milling in. I picked 2 things that looked the least hazardous (as not a single thing was signed). I took shrimp fried rice and Chinese fried chicken. Popular items that get turned over rather quickly. The woman who took care of my order never thanked me until I thanked her first, and she forgot to hand me my drinks. So of course, I forgot about them until I started to drive away, and then I came back to get them. I’d LIKE to say that by the time I got home everything was awful and I want my money back, ….but I CAN’T! Surprisingly, the food was quite tasty! The chicken was seasoned very nicely, the breading was perfect, the gravy on my white rice was flavorful, and the shrimp fried rice was very good. A very nice surprise considering how this started out. I think In the future, I’ll stick to what I know…. but what I know is those 3 items were delicious.

Some of the fastest, most polite, and friendliest service I’ve ever received at a fast food drive through. The chicken fried rice, as delicious as it was I feel could’ve used more chicken, but it was the special. But I’d return either way just because of the service!!!!

I used to love Wongs Wok. Must’ve changed hands since the last time I was here. The Imperial egg rolls were to die for. NOT ANYMORE YUCK not sure what they’re doing but it’s not good anymore. Very little beef in the quart of pepper steak. Chicken fried rice had tiny little pieces of chicken and about 10 bean sprouts in the quart. The fried chicken was good but its hard to ruin chicken. I tried to also buy 2 bottles of sweet and sour sauce and the cashier told me they don’t have them anymore. That should’ve known something was up. Now I have to find a new good Chinese food restaurant. I have been eating at Wongs Wok for almost 30 years so I know the differences in the product. What a shame!!!

Wong’s Wok has gone downhill. In all my years coming to the restaurant for takeout with my family, we’ve never dealt with something like this.

I’m starting to change my mind on wongs woks service. I ordered 3 entree imperial meal. Sesame chicken, orange chicken and chicken fried rice. All i got was the big side of orange chicken and chicken fried rice. Plus my egg roll. Which is not cool at all.

I used to work here but had to quit because the lack of hours and management not caring… All I’m going to say is be careful eating here because they have roaches and because the cooks you was old food and just combined it with the fresh food and they don’t wash their hands
