I ordered a chicken tender combo today (05/29/2023) with a large fry and extra seasoning. When I received my order there wasn’t any seasoning hardly at all so we took it back and asked for extra seasoning. If I’m paying extra for it, it needs to be right. The girl in there was nice and completely remade the fries, however, she put waaaay too much seasoning. There’s a difference between extra seasoning and giving someone a heart attack. I don’t know if she was new and inexperienced or just being petty or what, but there was no reason for the whole container of seasoning to be on my fries. Please train your people.

Always liked their wings til today. But today whom ever was doing the seasoning sucked. Might as well have been plain. Fries are usually under cooked. They also love to “forget” to give you what you ordered and paid for has happened several times now.

Went in to order for my son who was really looking forward to eating some wings. Got up to the counter to a nice girl who took my order. Before handing her my card she said it was going to be a 60 minute wait. The place wasn’t packed and there was two people waiting off to the side. Guessing they had a lot of orders from the phone or the app. Would have liked for them to tell me how long the wait would be BEFORE I ordered. We left without the wings and just headed to Publix to buy some from them instead.

I got 20 boneless wings with 4 different flavors, they all came in one box separated by a piece of paper! Sauces all running together!! They have small containers, so would have been a good idea to put them separate in smaller containers with a label. Flavors were good, they kinda ran together. Corn was different but good!

The wings are good. However, I always seem to have issues with this particular location. First time they told my husband they didn’t have my order (while I waited in the car) I had to go in and show them my receipt and the order was sitting on their counter the whole time. The second time (today) I placed my order and waiting the 28 minutes. Get there and they tell me it’s going to be another 5 minutes and then I watch them make my fries and corn. I was compensated 2 extra ranches for me long wait. Smh

Never get my full order. When If you eat here, you MUST verify your order before you leave. If you call and let them you, you bring the food back and they get really upset. Highly do NOT recommend this place. They mess my food up EVERY time! Either they do not give me all the food or completely wrong order. I will not be getting food from here again. If I could negative star I would!

Me and a buddy of mine called in an order and when we got there 30 mins later the place was packed and no one had their ordered. Everyone was being told that their order was up next which in fact everyone waited an 45 mins plus. People were coming back because orders were wrong. Maybe this place needs better staffing because I only seen 3 people working. At least I got to watch the Celtics and the 76ers game while waiting.
