We’d heard about this new place at Lake Ontario, so we decided to go for dinner one Sunday. The staff, was nice enough. I only saw one person there with a mask on, which unsettled me and my husband. They do have outside dinning but that day was too hot. The menu was alright. We ordered the fried ribs and the fish which were both delicious. The sides were another story. Each time we ordered a side they were out. No collard greens, cabbage, rice and beans, or mac salad (they had just made some). I wanted a vegetable with the mac n cheese, but the only thing was a side iceberg salad, no green salad. The mac n cheese was good but I did not like the yams. I would just like to say that if an item is on the menu it should be available to order, especially during the dinner time. I’m not sure if I will go back. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t, I hope that you have a better time then I had.

The food was Amazing and customer service is amazing We had the fried ribs with mac and cheese and the waffle and chicken tender with collars and it was more than amazing the sauce that the ribs are in taste so good. We will be back every Wednesday God wiling. Also try the strawberry Remy soooooooooooo goood .

This restaurant definitely has potential, so I’m giving it two stars. But as of right now I don’t think it’s that great, the restaurant itself is in a beautiful location right by the beach, and the architecture is really nice and fancy. I really like the way the bar looks, but the regular dining area is very cheap looking. Regular foldable chairs you’d find at Walmart or something, and plain tables. It took quite a while for me to get my food, and the some of staff members were a bit rude in my opinion. But they say you should never judge a book by it’s cover, so let’s get on to the food portion of this review, because that’s what really matters. I ordered lemonade, chicken tenders, and mac n cheese. The lemonade was great, but they only give you these tiny little plastic cups with thin straws, like straws you’d stir coffee with. The chicken tenders were very hard to bite, and the Mac and cheese was more oily and greasy than cheesy. Might as well call it Mac and grease instead. This restaurant is too overpriced for their low quality food. But like I said, it does have potential to be something better.

The chicken, rice and beans…oh and the lemon water was good, everything else Meh! The greens, macaroni and cheese was very bland. The cornbread was dry, disgusting and bland. The tequila sunrise drink was disgusting as well. Our server was very polite and sweet. I’d go back for the chicken but that depends on if I want to take that drive or not.

This place was awesome! You should definitely give them a try! We got chicken and waffles, as well as a couple sides. All delicious! The onion rings were crispy, and we got something called a Jamaican patty, which was very tasty, I hadn’t heard of it before and was glad the server recommend it. Yum!!!

Ordered online with my family for pick up and there’s a notice on the door when we get here suggesting the place was shut down effective immediately due to liquor license problems. We are now fighting with the bank to dispute the charges when this place has been forced to close in MARCH!! Your website should not be able to accept orders. This is ridiculous

Wonderful food , Fried chicken was amazing and not oily at all.. waffles are top notch especially the specialty waffles. I received great service from all staff and waitresses. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Ariyon as our waitress and she was the sweetest, the food when I tell you is fresh and I heard about this place through a friend and decided to try it and I got the shrimp and grits and I was full from eating and it was so damn good I just had to finish it. I recommend this place to anyone in the world.

Very slow service. Servers did not appear to know what they were doing. Our party of six had three meals served and the other three meals 15 minutes later. The special maple syrup advertised on the menu did not come with our meals. The server said that there was none available AFTER our meals were served. Gave us ONE packet of commercial syrup each. Food is at best mediocre.
