The service: I placed an online order for pick up and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff found the order but said the ticket didn’t go to the kitchen for some reason, so I had to wait 20 mins in store. The front person was kind and apologetic. The owner was standing right next to the interaction. He greeted me but didn’t address the issue. I decided to wait at the bar and have a drink while I waited. It would have been a great business practice for the owner to say “hey, drinks on us for the mistake and extra wait” but he did not. I eventually got my food order and left. The staff at the front apologized again on my way out.

I visited here while on a business trip to the area recently. I had lunch here and it was fairly empty when I visited. It was average. The egg roll was so-so and the Kung Pao chicken was edible but nothing to write home about. The fried rice with the plate was not very good and looked kind of old. I’ve had much better Chinese while visiting Boston. This place is ok if you are in the area and need a quick fix for Chinese food.

Always good food here, but the waitress we had wasn’t having a great day. Multiple times the manager had to come over, see that we didn’t have various accompanying plates, silverware, etc.
