Just came from Wendy’s on Gross road and I got two biggie bags with double stacked hamburgers and they were the best burgers I’ve ever gotten from any Wendy’s better than McDonald’s. And the service was fast and the employees were very polite and every time I’ve ever went there they always have good service.

I wish I can give zero stars. I’ve been coming here for years to get something to eat before going to the AMC theater next-door or coming here to eat after coming out of the movie. Never really had an issue until today. Came in there was nobody in line nobody’s working the front counter they got some young hood rats working behind the counter nobody acknowledges me nobody took my order. The employees and the manager are just staring at me and two of the employees are having a back-and-forth argument about who to serve me because neither one of them wanted to take orders and again the manager is just sitting there not reacting at all about three minutes later two other people came in so now there’s three people in line and the employees are just looking at us and laughing at us , like we’re an inconvenience to them. After five minutes I just walked out. They need to fire all that hood rat trash.

Went there this morning on my lunch break. Went back to work, and took one small bite, realized it tasted funny looked down and this is what I got. I was so disgusted and I called and told them. They were nice but they said that the grill is on a timer and says when it is done. Well obviously not because this is not done. I was cool about it and didn’t lose my ish but I am upset and disgusted for sure. This is unacceptable!

If you have all day and in no hurry, it’s not as bad as it can be. Slow service is an understatement. Food might or might not be hot. Whoever is working if their in a good mood, the food is usually good, if not you’re in for crappie food.

Walked in and Drive Thru, I still got the same hard and choppy beige white colored bake potatoes, I went inside and verbally requested to Shaniqua 04/26/2023 time 11:28am, 2 soft textured bake potatoes, and told her about my Drive Thru experience. I still got 2 hard bake potatoes. If they don’t care about a simple bake Potatoes, what about the other foods.
