Would rate it a zero if that were possible. Spent over 14 minutes on hold waiting for them to pick up. After about five minutes of holding, just wanted to see how long it would take for them to pick up the phone. Never did. Went by to see if the place was even open. It was but the doors were locked. This place is the worst. Very poor management and poor employees. Dominoes as a franchise is dead.

I always use the Domino’s app to order my carry out. It’s always ready when I arrive. The Domino’s tracker app is pretty nice, tells you when it gets made, goes in the oven, and when it’s ready. Food is always good! Their thin crust is amazing! Wings, subs, pizza is our favs!

3/12/22 I called this place, to place an order, and was on hold until I got there almost 40 minutes later. I stopped to pump gas, and still no one came on. I walked into the restaurant, no one was there to pick up an order, and ONLY one employee vehicle was in the parking lot. I called to place an order, as I was driving to work. The guy told me they’re not answering the phone because there’s only 2 of them there. But, they are not busy. The music is so loud, he could hardly here me place my order. It really upseted me, as my time is valuable. VALUE your job, and your customers! I told him my reason for calling is because I had to be to work and did not want to wait, or be late! Now I’m sitting here waiting on my order, and will be late for work, and all he could say is I’m sorry! Not one person came in or up to place an order. RIDICULOUS! He offered no discount or anything! Thanks for making me later for work Shawn! Value the customers and their time. Not getting down with the music! If the job can’t be run efficiently with 2 people, close!

Horrendous service. On the evening of 10/19/22, I tried to order a pizza, and ended up trying for over an hour and a half. I called the number, only for it to send me to a robot who took my order, and right when I was about to check out, the line went dead. I called again and the exact same thing happened , only with a different robot (“George”). I called about 4 more times, only to be sent to a call center and/or put on hold, or suddenly hung up on.
