This place is a hidden gem. The food was amazing, spicy garlic edamame and the garlic truffle were so of the best I have ever had. Sashimi was great and every sushi roll we tried was on point. The best item on the menu is the screaming organism, don’t ask just order it. Service could not have been better and the guys behind the counter were fun to interact with. The one thing that stands out to me about this place that I haven’t really experienced before is they make you feel like you’re part of their family just sitting around having dinner with the owner and his family. We all shared all enjoyed some saki together and genuinely just had a good time with some good people. We will be back weekly, thank you guys for such a good time and great food.

Such a great restaurant, and I mean this sincerely because I was super sad to see our beloved Taco Shack depart. The staff is so friendly and does everything they can to ensure you have a great dining experience. And the food, oh my goodness, the food was so good. I really enjoyed my experience in this restaurant. Location is convenient, and surrounded by quality stores. We chose to come here on a last minute search, and we were not disappointed. You can tell that they take pride in their presentation, service, quality, and cleanliness. We were greeted, and seated promptly. It seemed to be a “team” based service technique where any server can fulfill your request. We never went without, and the food was delicious. The sauce on the spicy garlic edamame was soooo yummy that we ended up dipping our sushi in this instead of soy sauce or ponzu. I could literally drink that sauce! This was exactly what we were looking for, and feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Sushi Koen. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and meeting our expectations, above and beyond. Simple, yet so tasty. Perfect after a full day of outlet shopping. Must try!
