Very disappointed with this Bojangles,it is one of the bad ones in Rome … they are usually wrong on your order and they are very sloppy. The food is not fresh it was very old and they tried to use warm icing to cover up old biscuits and often they don’t have what you order, most of the staff at this establishment have a “I don’t care”attitude. Get better soon Bojangles

The food was cold after I waited for 47mins in line, they had a rude tone while making my order, and I didn’t even get my food packaged correctly. Other Bojangles’ I’ve been to, have been great, but this one is just terrible in soo many ways. I can tell they had no training on costumer service at all.

Everytime I go here I forget I was even hungry. Despite the screen being down, no menu, and the speaker being inaudible I still get talked to like an incompetent child everytime I come here. And I never get what I ask for either. It’s worth the 5 minute drive to go to the other bojangles.

Generally always friendly for a business that is always busy. The line always moves fairly quick unless someone has a large order. This is basically a drive thru only location so it does happen sometimes. I recommend checking your order as you pull away because I have received the wrong order once, but they are almost always accurate to what you ask for.

They always get my order right, don’t leave anything out of the bag, & are very quick. Very few fast food places consistently do all 3. Staff could be a little friendlier. They are consistently cold and dry, rarely greet the customer or say thank you or anything. It’s like here is your food now get out of the way for the next customer. I think it’s possible to be fast and friendly, but overall I’m very pleased every time I go to Bojangles.
