So we got onto the bar and we were greeted and they asked what we want and then they came out with are food 48m latter and I got a shrimp po boy and all they gave me was the shrimp and 1 bun but besides that it was great the atmosphere was amazing you got a view of the lake also

Place was trying to scam us by saying we need to pay for 142 gallons of gas when our boat only holds 40 gallons. Management was very unprofessional and didn’t handle it correctly. There gas reader was taped and broken. Also, the girl with the black hair from the bar had an attitude when I was trying to come in and use the bathroom at 10:45 am when they open at 11 am. Employees there are terrible, please don’t support these people. I may open a place down there to let the customers know how they actually should be treated. Owner should be ashamed of the people running this place.

Service was bad and food was even worse. Owner needs to learn how to hire professional people. I can provide some recruiters that can help with some quality peeps to come in and show how it’s done. (Just let me know if you need any references.) Also, when the bar tries to charge you $600 for gas, someone doesn’t know basic math or what a normal boat gas tank hold. Maybe provide some basic math and boat courses to your staff may help?

Small hole in the wall bar and grill close to where we stayed so thought we would give it a try. The food was horrible, we could see the guy in back cooking and he caught some of the food on fire. There was only 1 other person in there on a Saturday night so we should have guessed. We had fried fish and loaded fries, couldn’t even eat the fries. Pizza looked like dried up day old leftovers.

We love it here. It’s a beautiful spot on the river with a beach volleyball court and floating docks for boats. Family & dog friendly during the day, and they usually have a DJ or live music Friday/Saturday. They do great weekly specials, too!

A great little place to watch the Tigers play! They’ve got a huge TV behind the bar, good cold beer and everything we ordered to eat was delicious. The bartenders were all very friendly including the owner Jude, who was right there in the mix working with his staff. This is a great down home local place in an awesome location I highly recommend it if your in the area. They also look like they take their beach volleyball really serious! The two courts next to their building are some of the nicest I’ve ever seen.
