Just made it home from grabbing food at this location. So 1st off I ordered a deluxe nacho fry box and a plain beef soft taco on the side that I was planning on giving to my dog later.. Before I even pulled up I noticed that my fries were cold so I had to pull back around to have that fixed, & was told there would be a 4min wait on the fries. Which isn’t a problem but when I asked if she could take my order back and simply redo everything I was told no they won’t do that. So now I have fresh fries and cold food SMH. Cool whatever really not in the mood to argue at this time of night especially after just getting off work. Now I get home with warm fries and cold food and noticed that my soft taco is not plain so again SMH. Definitely going to be in touch about having a refund because that’s ridiculous. On top of everything else I requested a beef chalupa and of course they messed that up as well and gave me chicken

Mexican pizza didn’t even taste right either… and on a day you don’t have tortillas… you would think everything would be made perfect since half your menu is off for the day.. since no tortillas.. but no old tomato’s…

I came threw drive in with 8 year old grandsons . I dropped my card when very friendly young lady at window handed it back. It went under car. She could see I was frazzled. She came out and got card for me. Good job hiring caring people.

The only things that distinguish one TB from another are cleanliness and distribution of ingredients in their burritos. When all of the cheese, beans are at one end and the guacamole, sour cram, and salsa are at the other end, we have a problem. Of the 8 items we ordered as a family, 7 were terribly distributed and not very appetizing.

(update! Says they close at 1 am yet give cars food after the fact when still stating open until 2am. I am confused and sure they just pick hours.) Came through the other day at TEN PM– no one answered or tried to take my order. Too many of the workers are outside, and they do this when busy, as if work is a burden. Another issue: says they close at 2am, yet they seem to pick there hours– such as two separate occasions; One, I saw cars in drive thru waiting on food last week on Tuesday, and when I pull to the speaker, there menu boards are shut down and I am told they closed… At 12 am. They refused to answer my question on why it states 2 am, or the fact I have been there previous at that time. Came through last night, says they close at 2 am, lights on and cars in drive thru. It was a little after 1 am, so I assumed the previous experience was due to short staff or maintenance. They are closed. There is a car ahead of me at the window very upset, and then there is confusingly enough, another car ahead and they have food!!! Seems they pick and choose there hours and who they serve to. When driving back around, over half the staff is in their cars smoking and laughing like it’s the funniest thing ever. Very unprofessional, food is mediocre at best, and the only good words I have to say, is at least the store is clean– probably because they are losing customers and there’s no one to dirty it up! If you don’t like working late shifts, don’t put in the application. At least give a reason why you close at odd and end hours. Don’t belittle customers… For those of us that work over night and early morning shifts starting past 11pm, this was the place to pick up something to eat, but not anymore. No late night munchies like their old ads claim either; the food is dis-craving, cold, and so is the service.

The staff is awesome, no complaints there. The restaurant is also very clean and I have seldom had a bad experience here. With that said, EVERY time I come here they are out of Baja blast. That drink is one of the only reasons we go to taco bell. I can understand being out a couple of times but it never fails, everytime I go I get the same dreaded response that they are out. The only reason for the 1 star is so that the owner can see this and hopefully make an ordering change.

Terrible experience. Barely any tomatoes or sour cream on supreme tacos. Paid extra for it, why? When there’s one to two tomatoes. Manager took apart my tacos and tried to tell me it was “all throughout”literally a tiny strip at the end of the taco. Fries were cold and soggy and he was patronizing about it. Said he would remake it over, but acted like it was an issue. Wrong job if you’re going to act that way.

The worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! Although I have had a few other bad experiences at this location I wanted to give them another chance… tonight I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra meat. This is what I received!! Where is the meat???I tried to call to talk to a supervisor, after calling nine times I still did not get anyone to answer the phone. I am going to call corporate over this issue, it’s not the first time I have been skimped on my meal and I’m sick of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!!!!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They only put a blob of beans on the middle of the pizza. Then I had to go up to the counter and ask for more red sauce because they only had a teaspoon on the side, not on the whole pizza. Someone needs to teach them how to make a pizza!

I go here regularly and it’s always around 1 a.m. the food is always correct and great tasting. I have never had an issue with anything here. Plus the staff is always very friendly and super quick. I couldn’t ask for better at a Taco Bell
