This place is sruffy. Dirty walls, months worth of dust on the ceiling lamps, loads of bulbs out, tatty as hell. As for the food I wouldn’t serve it to a dog but its a bit better than the last place. Service, as before, sloooooow.

Slow. Only one line open at lunchtime. Out of chicken for about 5 minutes…then out of fries for about 5 minutes. In line for 25 minutes overall. Sad deal.

This Cafe within Busch gardens was amazing bc of the customer service. I mean to be honest I did like their food the best, and we ate at several cafés bc we bought the food pass…however at this one our card was not coming up in the system, the staff and managers were so sweet and professional. My sis-n-law who was in charge, was freaking out and super embarrassed bc we had a line behind us( I understand, that’s stressful) the staff understood too. I can not thank them enough….they were amazing, patient, and friendly. And we ordered chicken fingers…they really were the best thing in the park! I wish I had the names of the staff, but anyway thank u to the young man working the register and the manager on shift. We were there around 11:30 on Wed.

It’s standard theme park food. Very good fries though! They have an Impossible burger, which was not the best one I have had but it’s ok. Cheesecake is a gelatin based cheesecake, not a dense one. Chicken tenders are a processed, formed tender.

The food was pretty good, it definitely tastes good but the prices were a bit high, it was 17$ for a bacon cheeseburger and 15$ for chicken tenders, the desserts were good and the fruit was fresh.

Food not good. No adequate seating. My proper change was not given back to me. Majorly overpriced…but then again its an amusement park. Busch Gardens has declined alot.

Interesting menu. Can mobile order ahead and pick up in as little as five minutes. Ordering system does not allow for customization so if you want to order something other than the exact menu item then use the in-person ordering option. Restaurant service area felt like a school cafeteria with little theming but the outdoor, covered dining area was well themed. Had the Impossible Burger and it was delicious. “Combo” only comes with fries, drink must be ordered separately. Waffle fries were great but we’re under-cooked and seasoned inconsistently. This is one of the best food options in the park.
