I’ve been taking advantage of the buy one get one free pizza Wednesday offer for months. Pizza is delicious and service is prompt and friendly. I’m glad I had never read the many terrible reviews before and wonder if those were for a different location. Highly recommend the Falls Church Vocellis!

Not a very nice staff. They seemed more interested in getting rid of you than helping you. They’re not too happy to see you even though they wouldn’t be there if it was for you. This used to be my go-to I’ll have to go somewhere else now. They can keep their attitudes and their lack of dipping sauces. Last time I ever leave a tip for these people.

There is an old Asian man who has a clear indication of anger problems. I’m surprised by reading past reviews by how long he’s been able to keep this job despite the numerous complaints about him. Perhaps he is the owner is why but I’m not sure. Working alongside him was a young Middle Eastern / Indian man. This guy gave me the wrong order for a delivery and caused many complications. There was a lot of miscommunication because both of them hardly speak any English. I would not recommend this location to anybody. Take your money elsewhere.

The old guy who looked like the owner is rude. I greeted him politely and he replied in a rude manner. The young chef was polite though. When it comes to the pizza, my wife liked it. But, I don’t like the dough test which I belive needed some more heat.

Will never order from this location again! Service is awful and food gets to me cold every time! Ordered a pizza for lunch literally took over an hour and once I received it the damn pizza was cold and dry! Plz save yourself the hassle and go to another Vocelli

Almost every time we go our order is messed up or not even started. Their website glitches so we often end up having to call in and they are are very short/not listening which is why our order is never correct. We love the taste of the pizza and the cauliflower crust so we are bummed to have to find a new pizza place.

What a very exciting night this was. I order pizza with no cheese and meat because of my religious beliefs. They totally mess up. And then after calling just to let them know they messed up and its not cool, i guess manager yelled at me and saying how he doesn’t care about what I have to say!

Absolutely the worst customer service on earth.. an older Asian guy barks at customers and these delivery services if you speak to him.. he doesn’t want you on your cell phone while waiting for your food.. he tries to take it from you.. corporate knows of his tactics and put up with him because he works late.. buyer beware.. during the beginning of the pandemic, these delivery services helped keep these businesses afloat.. smh
