The girl that works here, I think her name was Angie, was extremely rude with a terrible attitude. They short toppings on the pizza to try to increase profits by screwing their customers. Check your pizza before you leave, and if it looks empty, and not like the picture, make them remake it.

Ordered carry out for a total of $50. Order went through and as i was on my way at 9:15. Mind you i was in front of the store and the order was canceled as i was in front of the store. It was around 9:28pm. The store closes at 10pm. My question is why is the door closed before 10pm, lazy workers or what?

Papa John’s is definitely one of the better chain pizza places. They always have great deals available and I love that they give jalapeños and garlic sauce with every pizza. My boyfriend loves this place, so we order Papa John’s often. Also, I love that they have a gluten-free crust!!!

Me & my family visited this establishment and I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. This was the first show at the Sight & Sound theater and we were looking for food afterwards. We drove 4 and 1/2 hours to see the show and then ended up at Papa John’s…THIS PAPA JOHN’S. My family ended up ordering two pizzas to go along with the seafood that was ordered from the restaurant next door to them. I decided to walk back over after they placed their order to add another pizza but was told that they were too busy to take my order. He first asked me if I wanted to place an order or if I was picking up. I told him that I was ordering. He told me that they were busy and would not be able to take my order. I was so shocked that I told him, “Okay…but I was just in here a few minutes ago.” So I shared this with my family members and they were shocked as well because normally you would tell the customer that you are extremely busy at the moment and let them decide if they want to wait. Soooooo. I do plan on going back to Pennsylvania again, but NEVER will I ever go to this establishment again!

Probably the most consistent chain pizza joint. Speed and accuracy of orders is always good, fair price for the product, good flavor with adequate toppings. Never had a service issue and there loyalty program offers specials and discounts at a rapid pace. Always enjoy the pepper too.

Love PAPA JOHNS!!! Great good choices! Best pizza ever. There sauce is amazing. The. “THE WORKS” pizza is the best. All there toppings always taste fresh. If you get there app and order on the app it keep track of your points. You can get free $10 towards pizza. Used to be 25 points but now its 75. But still something ya get for free if u just order from the app or add your receipt # in the app. To get papa rewards. Also can rewards on your b-day and be gifted discounts or coupons. Great app is easy to use and ya can customize your order in the app easily. So if your hungry and are feeling like Pizza ya gotta try PAPA JOHNS!! BEST YUMMY FOOD. Also there GARLIC PARMESAN BREAD STICKS OR NOTS are AMAZING!!!

We came here and waited half an hour for our pizza. One of the employees told me it will be ready in 5 minutes, but when I checked with them again 10 minutes later they said the pizza wasn’t even started yet. One of them rudely told me to cancel my order and leave if I didn’t want to wait anymore. Their attitude towards customers is really bad. Would not recommend.
