This place makes some delicious cheese steak subs. I usually have something left over and take home when I’m out at other places.. but that’s not the case here. I don’t think I’ll ever have left overs to take home because i couldn’t stop eating my sub. This place let me feeling quite satiated and now I’m ready for a nap.. but, I can’t nap either, their cookies have just enough sweet in them to get me home.

It is open!! You also can eat inside or Cary out. Service from all of the employees was great. They were polite, quick service, joking around fun really. The place even with the construction (which was plastic off) was clean. I did not go to the bathroom but what I saw did not give me a off putting vibe about going if I did have to. Food was made fairly quickly and well done. I got a Italian on wheat small fries and lemonade. Lots of meat and toppings on the sub they have mushrooms no black olives though. I ordered the sub with the usual toppings add mushrooms really enjoyed 1/2 for lunch for 2 days my husband would have ate the whole sub in one day. Fries are fresh other than needing more salt good. Lemonade is worth a try. I won’t go out of my way for it but I won’t turn it down. Next time regular bread though. Oh if you do not like spicy pepperoni it was slightly on the spicy side not over the top

Great service.The staff are really nice. i usually get italian sub with extra pepperoni. today i tried cheesestake and it was good (not as good as Mr Hero but still good) I am not a fan of bread in general but i love their white bread. Fries are also good. Sometimes they overcooked (almost burnt) sometimes they put too much salt but most of the time they are good. i guess it depends on who made it. Overall it’s one of my favorites.

I placed an order online spent EIGHTY DOLLARS! there were two separate orders placed and they were pre-paid. My son picked up food and he let them know there were two separate orders placed. They only gave him one order. I called some boy answers like it’s no big deal and said “oh ok well I guess someone only gave him one order”, barely an apology ( if he gave one)for time wasted not to mention cold food. Rueben was disgusting with no thousand island dressing bc I did not know u had to ask for dressing on a Rueben. I asked for a refund he said ok just bring the Rueben back and we will refund you. He calls me back and says “ yeh my GM said you can get a new sandwich but no refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND AN IGNORANT GM! Never ever again will I spend a penny with them. I am beyond angry!!

Both times I visited the service was unbelieveably slow, and in the case of one of the employees, grumpy. The second time I visited, several people got their orders before me. Turns out, they just never made my order. No apologies, but they offered me coupons that I can’t use because I was visiting from out west. Ultimately I was offered a partial refund, but honestly, if they had owned their mistake and apologized that would have sufficed.
