We had a family get together and ordered from Big Teriyaki and they were so friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our order was a big order and they had it done very quickly. Food was great! Will be back again for sure.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Their use of fresh, crunchy, and variety of vegetables in their dishes is what keeps me coming back. Their recipes have stayed deliciously consistent-I know what to expect when I order from here. I like that they have so many great options for being a teriyaki shop considering other shops I find are normally pretty limited in their offerings. Was out and about and was craving ck teriyaki and this place was the closest to where I was at. First time eating here and both my bf and I were very pleased. The chicken teriyaki is great and the salad is bomb! My bf ordered the beef yakisoba and he loved it as well. Will definitely be eating here again next time I’m in the area and craving chicken teriyaki.

Really nice waitress, very considerate, positive, and sweet! Chicken katsu warm and crisp and single table for us hermits in the back (much appreciated). LOTS of food, good sauce, and their rice was somehow more perfect than I have had my rice in awhile? Do not ask me? Chicken katsu, rain pattering, misty blue washed world all around, dancing cherry blossoms out the window…can’t get better than. Wonderful experience, will be back again soon.

Pretty reasonable teriyaki place. Service was good, the place was clean. Could have used a bit more teriyaki sauce on my chicken is about my only complaint.

I ordered tofu fried rice. It was good but a new waitress customer service is poor. She laughed . I asked about other menu. She did not care -about it. I think Mongolian waitress was good.

When I opened my takeout order I found a long hair inside the takeout box. This was upsetting because I know this could have been prevented. I don’t know why they were careless with my order, but I don’t think this should have happened.

Lady who took our order was very nice and welcoming. Food came out less than 10 mins after ordering and tasted great! Generous portions and best teriyaki I’ve been to! Will come back to try more things on the menu!
