The lady that took my order was very friendly. The establishment was very clean. My issue is I specifically requested no ham and ham was put on the sandwich and now I’m feeling ill. I can’t eat it which is why I requested none on it. Sucks that I have to deal with this tonight.

I had a horrible experience at the Richmond Hts. Location. I called later and asked to speak with the manager, who stated that she observed the situation. I asked her why she didn’t do anything to stop the employee from verbally abusing me? She became defensive and stated I had no business questioning her management. I asked to speak with the store owner and she hung up on me.
