They open at 1030am. Walked in at 11am, running because I had to eat before going back to the office to get into a meeting . Stood at the register for a good three minutes while two staff were behind where the drive thru was talking up some gossip before someone came to take my order. Food was served up quickly, but the level of professionalism is not the best with the person running the register. I would hate to know how it is when they’re packed later in the day.

This was the 2nd time having a bad experience. Lastweek I ordered 2batches of their drumsticks and thighs special and guess what they gave me all breasts and wings. Today I ordered 12pc family meal with mash potato, sweetcorn and coleslaw for side and Alas!they didnt give me the coleslaw..Bad service as always!

Purchased a 12 piece family meal and it was beyond the worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Tried calling the store and received a busy tone. Called the number on the bucket and after 20 minutes of waiting it then brought me to a voice-mail system. Beyond frustrating. We ended up throwing all the food out and just going out to eat instead. The chicken seemed like it was fried three times. It was so dry and shriveled that all the bones were just sticking through the meat.

The store did not have food to meet order in the middle of the day, and the employees showed complete lack of care. Instead of offering alternatives they simply said to wait 10 minutes for more food when they could have filled the order with other chicken products available. The employees attitude was of complete disregard for customer. This has been THE worst service ever experienced at a KFC.

This location is always closing stuff down early. Supposed to be open until 11pm, I’m sitting in the drive through at 10:20 and we’re told that KFC is closed and that they’re not making any grilled items for taco bell. Then you’re just stuck in the drive-thru until the cars in front of you have left. Waste of time

This location offers KFC and Taco Bell. Love it because the original KFC recipe is fresh. Across the street is the main shopping mall in Winter Garden. Fast and efficient service. Parking is okay but fills quickly because of other nearby businesses. Clean dining room. Great staff.

The KFC is always closed past 9pm. If you are ordering Uber or from any delivery from them don’t waste your time. They are lazy and close that part early and don’t even have the courtesy of updating it! 0 stars if I could!
