Hit or miss and most a miss. I always order extra cheese and meat on pizza, only once was it correct. Might as well not even order extra anything because you will not get it at this location. Never put enough sauce on pizza. It this point I think it’s just best to make my own pizza. Customer service has gone down the drain. I am calling corporate because this happens over and over again.

Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. No plates but I’m in a hotel and had to share the pizza box as a plate with my coworker. Toppings were so bare it was almost all bread.

Do not order from here! I ordered twice because they had no record of my first order even though they charged my card. When the second order arrived it was cold, the seal had been broken and I didn’t get my whole order. Was put on hold twice for a total of 80 minutes on hold. Still haven’t had anyone call me back to make it right.

My experience at Pizza Hut was not so good, my order was late, the cashier acted like she was having a bad day? She wasn’t professional at all? She didn’t greet anyone that came through the door? And this particular afternoon it was pretty busy? I ordered a large pizza and wings? She just had started to drop my wing’s after I paid for my order, my order supposed to been ready in 14mins? And I understand that thing’s happens? And it night be a little delay? But not a whole extra 30 minutes? Customer service, at this location, not so good? My my food was good?

Horrible customer service lost our pizza order from the app, and took them 2 hours to remake our pizza after already waiting an hour for when it was scheduled to be ready… in addition they tried to tell me and argue with me that I never place the order no matter how man times I showed them the order confermation and the one for the store saying order recieved.
