This was my first visit and it was upon recommendation of the best Cuban sandwich ever! I had LaLa’s Monte Cristo and it was amazing!! The owner is so sweet and personable as well. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

We were in town for a wedding. On our last day in town we were looking for some grub. It difficult to choose a spot in Blairesville. I am confident we made the right choice! LaLa’s daughter in law helped us. She was so sweet. The Ecuadorian changed my life.

Lala’s Kitchen in the Mountains is a must try! The Boudin balls and Fried Green tomatoes were gobbled up before we could take a picture. All menus items were full of flavor and made to perfection! YUM!!!

Our group of 8 had a variety of sandwiches and entrees. The French onion soup is a must have. The daily special which was a skirt steak with onions and garlic sauce was so moist and juicy…portion size was two meals. My husband ordered the reuben with their jalapenos on the side which he says were perfect. The family that owns the place is a husband and wife team with authentic flavors of Cuba and Puerto Rico. They were super attentive with top notch service and food worth the wait. It is a small dining room so you may have to wait for seating but you won’t regret it.

First time dining here after a great hiking day. We each had the Cuban and it was best we’ve ever had! It’s the real deal and 1 is enough to share. We’ll be back!

Over priced and overrated in my experience. I had the skirt steak which was on special that day. The flavor of the sauce was very good, but it was over cooked (well done), was asked how I wanted it done when ordering and I ordered medium rare. The beans and rice were also tasty, but every other bite had ‘crunchy’ rice. My friend had a sandwich and it was okay, but the sauce was more Carolina mustard BBQ, an odd flavor for a Cuban place.

I love this place. Truly authentic. Small, warm and family vibes. Be patient because the food is freshly made and takes time to come out. I ordered the onion soup, empanadas, ropa vieja, and the plantains. All were flavorful.

Alright, this location is further up North Georgia in Blairsville… So to all my motorcycle and North Georgia friends, listen up… If you have not been to Lala’s Kitchen yet, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!! My wife ordered the SEAFOOD PAELLA and I ordered their POLLO CON ZETAS EN CREMA BLANCA (chicken breast with mushrooms, cream sauce served with rice & black beans). Both dishes were We wanted to try some of their appetizers so we tried their BOUDIN BALLS, CRAB CAKES and COD CROQUETTES. All 3 were excellent but there was just something different and awesome about those cod croquettes

Came in town on vacation and am so glad we stopped here. Food was amazing and the service was great. I forgot the lady’s name but she had the best attitude when they were busy and was so nice with recommendations and everything. If we stop back through we will be here again.
