Stooped by for a pizza, my preference when I’m im the area. Ordered online, you get 20% off your first order and earn loyalty points. Pizza was great, dining room clean and welcoming. I didn’t dine in. It was a Monday late afternoon, so I’m not very busy. Walked in, got my order, and e hoped my food. Pricing is worth it for sure. They didn’t give me any napkins automatically, assuming that’s not the norm, so ask, and you shall receive. I had called in to confirm they do follow giovanni’s standards and put pepperoni under the cheese, my favorite, which they did. The lady I spoke to wasn’t very friendly, but not mean either. The staff that greeted me were very friendly and made up for it! Would recommend paying them a visit.

I love Giovanni’s pizza but avoid this one. Poor service the pizza wasn’t even cut they gave us plastic forks and knives had to tear the pizza apart with our hands. Pizza wasn’t done. Just a mess from start to finish.

My pasta and shrimp was not warm. My nieces steak or Big Red whatever it’s called looked like a piece of frozen processed TV dinner meat. Very slow service, food came out at different times, we had 10 people it took forever. Not a very good kid’s menu either. The restaurant was not clean. Not a place I would visit again.

Worst pizza in KY and overpriced , employees are terrible, and rude , if you want pizza in west liberty go to the pizza place on 460 heading out of town towards Morehead, much better food , prices , and service
