Just finished my large jerk chicken with peas and rice and a pineapple and ginger drink. Im used to really, really good authentic Jamaican food and this definitely hit so many spots. Everyone in my group loved their orders. The peas and rice was perfect. Definitely recommend!

The Oxtails were very small with very little meat on it and should have had more Oxtails (some pieces were tough), but tasted okay. Also some pieces of the Oxtails cut in half with sharp pointy edges like a dagger that could be dangerous if you put them in your mouth! The rice and beans and cabbage with it were only fair not great.

I recommend everything! It was all AMAZING! So sad I didn’t take pictures. We ordered the jerk chicken, curry chicken, goat stew, cabbage, Mac and cheese, yellow rice and rice with beans.

Had the Curry Goat and Jerk Chicken. I was blown away at how delicious they both were. You get a ton of food for a good price. Totally worth it. Will definitely eat here again. Just remember to bring cash since he doesn’t take cards.

My family is always completely satisfied with the portions and the quality of the food. You just have to remember he only takes cash. Oxtails are amazing! It’s not the ideal place to dine in. Carryout is your best bet.

This place was nothing less than amazing. The food was so filling! I had that curry chicken with rice and beans, collards and cornbread, my boyfriend had the curry goat rice and beans, cabbage and corn bread, and we both shared a plate of oxtails with cabbage, rice and beans and cornbread. The food as well as the service was amazing. Whenever I’m in the Lakeland area again I will be back.
