Portions of food get smaller white prices get higher. Wait times are longer. Don’t like it when employees mop when customers are present, unless it’s to clean up a spill. Don’t want to risk falling. Should section off areas to mop and let them dry before allowing people to walk on them. Employees don’t look around for messes near the soft drink area, the restrooms, and other areas. Could be a lot cleaner, in my opinion.

Prepare to pay more as this location charges more than others. The service varies. It’s about a 50/50 chance the food is prepared well and the order is correct. I use the mobile app but still have to pull forward and wait for my order more often than not. When I have issues with my meal it’s because the biscuit is hard as a rock on my breakfast sandwich or my Big Mac has 1 patty or extra bun and always a mound of lettuce. The fries are hit and miss also. When they get everything right, the food is great! Lol

Manager is a nightmare to deal with in the morning as if mornings aren’t hard enough. She says she’s the fastest and most effective but 9 times out of 10 she forgets half our order and doesn’t budge on refunds. She’s a sorry excuse for a manager she should probably be working a factory job with her customer service skills.

Ordered online through the app. The app says if you want to request a refund you have to call the store. Whoever picked up the phone said they didn’t know how to do that. So were they not properly trained or is the app lying? Either way little to no help was offered. For a simple problem.

Man, Ray Crock and the McDonalds brothers would be rolling over on their grave. The only reason I come to this location is so that my kids can play in their playground. The last time I went, (and if it wasn’t for my kids, it would definitely be the last time) there was a laundry list of problems. Typically when I go here, it’s always kind of dirty and unkempt. They are usually understaffed, but today was different. The playground area had no air-conditioning so it was very muggy. The place was filthy. Soda machine was broken. Soda I did get was flat. Spilled drinks all over the soda area. 30 minutes to get my kids food. when the food showed up the Nuggets were cold. Just all around terrible. If I could give them negative stars I would.
