First timer here, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and delivered hot food.

I was impressed because the service was excellent. The cashier took my order and offered suggestions and ideas and provided guidance for the area. I can’t recall when I left a fast food place and they said “Thank you” come back again.

Our katsu was very fresh and crispy. Portion from the combination plate (bbq chicken and chicken katsu) was enormous. Service was fast and the workers were nice. This is a top tier L&L.

First L&L where loco moco has no taste and still has the raw beef taste. Eggs were barely cooked. I didn’t ask for a rare style egg. You can still see the raw clear egg proteins on it. Salad was the same taste as always though.

The cashier charged me 25 cents for sauce the second time I came but the first time I came she gave it to me for free. She also said I have to pay 25 cents next time I come in. Horrible service and will not be coming back. Plus, their food is overpriced compared to other Hawaiian BBQ’s.

Haven’t been here in a while. I had to go all out because my husband and I were starving.

There are many Hawaiian bbq branches in the Bay Area, but this one stands out the most. Excellent service, clean bathroom. Nicely mixed macaroni salad, and crispy yet tender chicken katsu. Good portion for the price. A must try if you are in the area.

Great value for the price. The ribs, fish and shrimp were well seasoned. The fried items were still crunchy after a 20 mins trip back to the hotel. I wish the mac salad had a bit more of garlic flavor.

Was here within 30 mins of closing time and not many options available so decided on the chicken katsu and it was well cooked and liked the taste. Regular size is $10 and about $12 all-together. Even though it was regular size the portions were generous.

Of all the l&l Hawaiian BBQ I go to this by far is the best quality. Of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and always takes really good care of my large order packing everything perfectly and having it ready on I highly recommend this location although parking can be extremely difficult
