Completely terrible. Spend over $50 for a pizza and a salad and takes over 2 hours and still don’t have our food. Called twice within an hr time frame and was told both times my food was on its way… i literally live less than a mile from the store. So disappointed. Never again.

The two times I’ve ordered from this Jet’s Pizza, they’ve always delivered an hour over the delivery estimate time (for the ONE time they delivered, the second time they did not). And every time I call for an update, they put me on hold and never answer. The one time I did receive my order, they forgot one of the toppings. Do not recommend.

Whoever is running the restaurant on march fourth at 1:22 pm is a joke. There is inly one person in the entire restaurant behind the counter which means one person made the food…. Well the one employee in the store let me pay for my order then she let me wait for 3 minutes while the whole time my order was right there. Not to mention the 10 minutes it took for her to acknowledge i was even in the restaurant because she has her huge headphones covering her ears during work like a child.
