Russo’s Pizza is a family owned and family operated business. We have been in the Pizza business since 1976. The quality of our pizzas has not been compromised over the years. We still make our own dough and pizza sauce. We have actually improved our pizza over the years by continually upgrading to better, and yes; more expensive toppings. We also offer other menu items which traditionally compliment pizzas. Yes, I still work 7 days per week, and you will more than likely find me there during our peek hours.

So my fiancé and I ended up eating here because we got some awesome coupons in the paper. It was like a large pizza and 12 mozz sticks for $22. So I’m thinking, these mozz sticks HAVE to be horrible for this cheap, but when I got the food I was very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good the mozz sticks were QUALITY. Now here’s where Russos loses some points for me: Whoever was working the counter that night seemed to be really struggling. When we places our order over the phone he was SO confused. He asked us the same questions over and over, and then when we got there to pick up the food, he gave us someone else’s order by mistake. Who had the same name as my fiancé. Not a great time to be guessing when you know you have 2 customers with the same name you can’t just give it a whirl and hope you gave the right one their food. Good thing my fiancé was thinking because we would have had other Nik’s dinner. This place also lost some atmosphere points for me, as there are MULTIPLE signs that guns are allowed. It’s a tiny pizza shop, not a shooting range and I don’t wanna have to worry about some psycho coming in blastin while I’m eating my pizza dinner. It’s a pizza place, not a dispensary or a pharmacy or even a GAS station. They sell pizza, wings and mozz sticks. No need to push the second amendment on us when we’re just trying to get some chow. So, the food is good. The staff is kinda lacking, and the atmosphere is a little too yee-haw for a sit down dinner. Also, the location isn’t even in the city. It’s in like Greece/Hilton. So really there’s no need for every customer to be totin their pistol to pizza but who knows. If you wanna eat a slice with a weapon on ur hip I guess this is the place for you.

The pizza was good. Called an ordered for the first and last time the xl with 28 tenders was told 30 minutes and it would be ready drove across Greece not big deal to get there and wait… The staff never informed me that my order wasn’t ready let alone started only found that out from them talk about how I was there to pick it up and it wasn’t made yet so there was another half hour of waiting, then what made this worse was how it was handled no apology nothing like a free can of soda not that it matters the food was dropped on the counter and was told all set. The other point they what they called tenders are not they are chicken bites of lack there of couldn’t even eat one so dry and hard it was like chewing threw a raw steak. So those got thrown away. I am in noway saying the food is bad but don’t call something different that what it is that’s false advertising and maybe the staff need to learn educate. So happy I wasted my time and money to try a new place should have just went to dominos

It’s a free country, and the owner/manager can have whatever political views they want, and if they want to use their business as their political soap box, so be it. I just prefer my pizza sans politics.

Pizza is okay, but the owner and staff are massive bigots and rude. LBGTQ people will not feel safe here. I felt if they found out, they would put something in it or chase me out. Won’t ever go back.

There coupons are misleading and they don’t tell you when you order that you have selected too many sides so when you pickup pizza your order is double in price .
