Hamburgers and where soggy and for the price pizzeria uno has way better burgers!!! The staff was amazing, ready to help, and the best part they listened. I cant recommend anyone to eat there. But if you are in Framingham ever try the 5 guys here. Food is the way it supposed to be.

There is a kid who takes orders and weeks ago he messed up my friends order maybe two times I’m unsure. Now he messed up my order. I feel for the manager having to correct his mistakes. He misheard or missputs the order so order carefully. Otherwise it’s a good five guys place.

Burger was okay. The fries were somehow overcooked and soggy at the same time and tasted gross, basically. A total waste of all those bags of fresh potatoes. Also, while I liked the playlist, the music was so loud in the Daniel Webster highway store that the cashier couldn’t hear what I was saying so I didn’t get exactly what I ordered. All in all, not a good experience.

Pretty food and fast service. There are many orders for pickup so it was really busy during our visit. However, our food was still ready pretty quickly. The tables were mostly clean and they had a full soda selection. The cashier did not really try to upsell or give us any recommendations and we did have to ask for the cups we ordered. But overall a really good visit.

Stopped in for a quick bite at their Manchester, NH location. The staff was nice and very helpful, BUT my burger was terrible. —Very bland, and worst of all, the bun was a total sloppy, mushy mess! The fries were better, but not great. Very disappointed.

Had an interview scheduled, drove 30 minutes and waited an additional 30 minutes to be told they have no more hours to give. What a joke. I’m a manager for a company and would never do that to a potential candidate. Absolutely unprofessional, I guess I dodged a bullet.
