Stopped in 2 days before Thanksgiving to purchase a LARGE Honey Baked Ham as we do 4-5 times a year and have done for many, many years. Long line which was expected, but when I got to the checkout and requested a LARGE ham, one of the biggest they had (as we have always done), I was informed that I could not purchase a LARGE ham unless I had RESERVED it beforehand. I explained that we had never had to do this in the past and she said we had to have a reservation for a LARGE ham to get one. Rather than buy two hams, we ended up purchasing a smaller ham that barely served our needs…if that. Not a good experience this go-round and not a happy customer.

A favorite from back home. Wana get through line quick on the holidays? Order and pay online. I was in and out in less than five minutes. While the lady next to me who didn’t order online couldn’t make up her mind and wanted to see every ham there was to check color and size.
