Elisa, the lady at the cash register is deaf and can not hear a thing. This is the second time I have ordered at her register and she always messes up my order. This time they completely deleted my order from the screen, and made me wait 20 minutes for something that could have taken 5. The line cooks do not hear as well you have to yell at them for them to hear you. This is not good customer service

Drove 40 minutes because the website says they close at 7. Regardless, we showed up before 6 and they didn’t serve us because they were closing. Definitely understand not serving because you’re closed but before closing time? Fix the online closing time too.

I would have expected better food even if it was from McDonald’s. Claims to be the best cheesesteak in the world, and legitimately tastes like they bought Great Value frozen Philly, boiled it, and then slapped toppings and cheese on it. Didn’t even leave it on the grill long enough to soften the peppers/onions, let alone sautee them. I would have been much less disappointed if they didn’t claim to be the world’s best.

The people here just mess up your order and they don’t even take the time to listen. I had to repeat my order 5 times and the lady named Elisa still didn’t get my order correct. When I got down to the pickup they deleted the order off the screen and I waited 20 minutes for my food. The line cook looked high and I didn’t trust him with making the food

I went there with my family to get our dinner. I noticed that stuff over there were changed but i did not care. So. I order our dinner. Unfortunately, they served a precooked food for us which was cold. We did not find that until we got out of the line and set in the food court. So, I returned back to them to ask for a hot fresh food. The manager spoke with me and he denied cooking a new food for us. So, I asked him to pay for another order and let them cook a new ones for us; he denied that also and he told me “time now is 07:02 pm and the resturant close at 07:00 pm”. I called their home office to figure that and let them know. They told me that they are going to do investigation and call me back. Till now, ten days gone and no one contact me back. So, I don’t recommend any body to go there. We are paying them to get a good full service which you couldn’t find there.
